We believe in fitness
One Motion Forward is a group of fitness and nutrition enthusiasts that have decades of combined health knowledge. We believe that movement is fundamental to being healthy, alive, and fully engaged in the human experience. We believe that every walk, jump, or lap brings individuals closer to living more active and fulfilling lives.
Movement is necessary, whether it’s a leisurely stroll, an exhilarating dance class, or a heart-pounding set of squats. It is so important that we have made it our goal to help get people moving.
We love food
We also share an almost obsessive love of food. On this site, we are regularly presenting fresh, tasty, and (usually) healthful recipes that we like making and eating in our daily life. We will not post anything on this site that we would not consume in real life. Our goal is to inspire you to cook for yourself, your roommates, your family, or your friends, using food that is both approachable and exciting. We want you to be so excited about these recipes that you can’t wait to come home from work at 5 p.m. and start cooking.
